This (currently untitled) documentary about The Promise Ring is being made by Sam Macon and Dan Ollman. Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and best friends since elementary school, we thought this project would be a fun/interesting/timely story to tell about a band, a scene, and a way of life that, that feels both relevant and very far away. This is a self-financed motion picture and will hopefully be done (and out) in the not-too-distant future.
